Went to buy cupcakes at bukit panjang plaza outlet . The staff( not wearing a name tag), a guy, sounds like Filipino, was not approachable at all to the customers.He sounds angry to me when talking to me . Please give proper training to your staffs especially on customer care . Thank you

Repeated and supportive buy from this stall at Bukit Panjang Plaza. Customer Service rendered by staff is good. Will patronise this stall again.

My little one just wanted a gummy bear mini cupcake, staff (man with tattoos) shake his head when i told him my order. If you don’t welcome customers buying 1 mini, state so! Worst of all, my little one commented the cupcake taste weird.

Staff gave wrong flavour; asked for choc chip but ended up getting white macadamia. Happens sometimes, so it’s fine. But service and attitude of all of their staff there are really bad, not only this time but since the past few months I’ve bought from them, always giving off the vibe that they not want to be working there at all. They should probably be paid more ya

The staff (man with tattoos) was extremely rude. While waiting for my receipt, he took a long time and eventually shouted at me, saying, 'Do you still need this?' before handing it over. The whole experience was unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be purchasing from this stall again.

Here's the edited review: The outlet at BPP is supposed to be open until 10 PM. I've been here from 8:25 PM to 9:05 PM. Lights are switched on and cupcakes are visible, but NO STAFF in sight. On break for SO long!???? What's the use of a number provided if nobody answers the phone!!!!
