The outlet at BPP is supposed to be opened until 10pm. Been here from 8.25pm to 9.05pm, lights are switched on and cupcakes are around but NO STAFF in sight. Break for SO Long!???? What’s the use of a number provided but nobody picked up the handphone!!!!

’ve never written a bad review before, but this cupcake store experience was disappointing enough to make me speak up. The cupcakes themselves looked fine, but the service ruined the visit. The Filipino guy with tattoos behind the counter behaved more like a hooligan than someone in customer service—very rude, with zero friendliness. When I paid and said “thank you,” he didn’t even respond, just stared with a scowl. This is not the vibe you expect when buying cupcakes, which should be a happy treat for everyone. Honestly, he shouldn’t be standing behind a cupcake counter if he’s going to scare the kids and kill the joy of what should be a cheerful experience!

The man working at Bukit Panjang Plaza 12 cupcakes was very rude. We went to buy cupcakes on 13 April @ 1.30pm. He is a Filipino man with tattoos. He did not place the cupcakes properly into the holder. it fell off. we asked him to use his tongs to put the cupcakes back into the holder. (we did not ask for replacement of the cupcakes or change the box) to which he shouted at us "you must handle properly" he kept on whispering and then threw the tongs into the basin. Such service should not be tolerated. Please take this feedback seriously.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF- 21 June, 7:30pm
I was served by a Filipino(?) man with long unkept hair and tattoo covered arms. I pointed at the sign that said 10 mini cookies for $6 and said I wanted “10 for $6”. He stared at me and rudely said, “ what 10 for 6? Mini cookies?”. I was feeling pissed at this time but did not walk away. He then took out the tray of cookies and said “which one u want?”.
Excuse me? Do I owe you money or what? I am a paying customer. How dare you speak to me so condescendingly.
By this time I was really pissed. He did not even say a word during the payment process and rudely threw the receipt on the counter top instead of passing it to me. And of course he did not say thank you. I asked for a bag and he just rudely said “10 cents charge”.
The worst thing? My cookies were all crushed, thanks to his rough handling with the tongs.
If this is the attitude you want to have, do not come and work in F&b in Singapore. Go back to where you came from

The staff with the tattoos and long curly hair was extremely rude, looking at the other reviews and they feel the same way. I was simply asking if a coupon was still available and he was being so sarcastic and asking me to count the dates. Horrible customer service, he needs to be fired.

The service is really terrible from the man with tattoo. I asked him when we could buy the cup cake around 9:58am when he stared at me shouting he is still arranging the cakes. I asked him back what time he opens then he gave me a long stare. Twelve cupcake better take the service quality seriously

I wanted to purchase a single mini cupcake for my niece, but was informed that takeaway is not allowed for mini cupcakes. Instead, I was advised to purchase a regular-sized cupcake if I wanted to pack it. For mini cupcakes, they are only provided on a piece of tissue paper, which seems inconvenient for customers. It would be great if the stall could accommodate customers who wish to buy mini cupcakes for takeaway. The current policy feels inflexible and doesn’t cater to varying customer needs.

The stall assistant at bukit panjang plaza attitude is bad. When asked if the promotion for 6 cupcakes at $18 is valid today (cny 2nd day ie. A public holiday).
The guy instead of answering me asked me today is which day and I said it's Thursday and he rudely and sarcastically replied that's why the signage is there.
Being in a customer service line, I feel this kind of behaviour is uncalled for.

Went to buy cupcakes at bukit panjang plaza outlet .
The staff( not wearing a name tag), a guy, sounds like Filipino, was not approachable at all to the customers. He sounds angry to me when talking to me .
Please give proper training to your staffs especially on customer care .
Thank you

My little one just wanted a gummy bear mini cupcake, staff (man with tattoos) shake his head when i told him my order. If you don’t welcome customers buying 1 mini, state so!
Worst of all, my little one commented the cupcake taste weird.

Staff gave wrong flavour; asked for choc chip but ended up getting white macadamia. Happens sometimes, so it’s fine.
But service and attitude of all of their staff there are really bad, not only this time but since the past few months I’ve bought from them, always giving off the vibe that they not want to be working there at all. They should probably be paid more ya

The staff (man with tattoos) was extremely rude. While waiting for my receipt, he took a long time and eventually shouted at me, saying, 'Do you still need this?' before handing it over. The whole experience was unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be purchasing from this stall again.

I had a great experience at Twelve Cupcakes! The staff Vivian was incredibly friendly, kind, and energetic, making my visit very pleasant. She recommended the banana cupcake and it was absolutely delicious! The banana flavor was fragrant, the cake was soft, and the sweetness was just right for my taste.
I also tried the Lemon Nectar Bliss and Chico Banana Delight, both of which were quite nice. The flavors were well-balanced and enjoyable. I picked the Magical Rainbow because it looked nice, but I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. Additionally, I bought a Petite Mango Passion Fruit, which was refreshing and had a lovely tropical flavor.
Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely return for more!
