In the end, I bought Yale Kyra digital lock for its quality. Yale has a reputable company that specializes in locks for a very long time. It cost more than competitors but I know I’m buying a quality product with very reassuring after sales services. There are bundle deals and freebies during this year end promo.
BTW. As a young boy, I remember my first encounter with a quality padlock was YALE.

Excellent service by Celine. Never pushy. I went there 3x over a span of 3 weeks before I finally decided on a model of Yale smart lock. For each visit, Celine didn’t try to hurry me to close the sales and let me take my time to browse. She also explained clearly the models to me . It is precisely this non-pushy attitude that I decided to confirm the deal at the 3rd visit.
I also like to commend on the excellent follow-up service by Celine and their technical support. On the first day after installation, I needed help on to set some functions and texted the backend support for assistance. They got back instantly. Clear and good. Celine also follow up with me after installation if everything went smoothly.

Superb customer service from Celine from BPP outlet. She throughly explained to us about the different type of locks that Yale has to offer and how the setup was going to be like. We ended up purchasing a bundle which was was on promo, and yes, we absolutely loved the look and ease of use.
The before-and-after sales service was superb as well. She provided us with plenty of information on the locks, and also checked in to see if everything was going well during and after installation.
We do recommend heading down to the outlet and speaking to her if you require detailed information and demonstration on the many types of locks Yale has. The locks are highly recommended by myself for the ease of use and a well-thought out app.

Fantastic customer experience at BPP Yale.
Celine was very easy to talk with. She really understands the products. She was very patient and professional both times we visited.
We were considering smart locks for quite a while.
We were hesitant up till the time we were making purchase but Celine was extremely understanding and never once pushed us to finalize the purchase. We were hesitant because we are old school. Haha.
Now the locks are installed and we are quite happy indeed. It’s early days still but Yale has very good products that are easy to understand and use.
The installation was smooth as well for us. Celine made sure to check in with us on the day of installation. Post installation service with Celine was fantastic too.
