Vegans and vegetarians can have their plant-based whopper and salad. Vegans can opt not to have the mayonnaise and religious vegans/ vegetarians can opt not to have the mayonnaise and onions for the whopper. Enjoy, the BK plant-based whopper is one of the best meatless burgers out there with its juicy patty.

Bad customer service. Staff were busy fulfilling grab orders and letting walk-in customers wait. And the entire counter is already filled with uncollected grab orders. The obese female cashier was talking in a condescending tone as well. She asked me what tender mode I’ll be using and I showed her my card from my Apple Pay. It kept declining then I told her it’s AMEX. She then told me I have to tell her it’s AMEX because it’s difficult. What? She then told us waiting time is at least 15 mins and we said ok. When we collected our food, the burgers and wings are all cold. Only my onion rings are mildly warm. The obese female cashier was also very stingy when it comes to chilli sauce. Lol Lastly, I found some foreign objects floating around my drink. Disgusting.

No frills auto order from machine. Was quickly served (this is what fast food store) should be. At least the burger was not messy as compare to some burger joint and rings were cripsy.

$8.50 for a pathetic Asam Pedas Tendergrill Chicken meal. Look at the size of the chicken fillet. My hand is bigger than the whole burger opened up. Finished in just a few mouthful. More and more limited time special burgers that are more like a scam with small sized burgers these days. Should have gone to Mc for $6.50 Zinger meal, which is more value for money.

Visited the BPP branch on 5 Jul at 11am when they first started lunch. Ordered four meals with extra banana pies amounting to $38. Firstly the food served was not hot. They seemed to have been placed there for awhile already. Quality wise the fries and nuggets are not crispy and the fries had a bad taste of raw potatoes. We left the two packets of large fries largely untouched. The burgers are not up to par also. The fish burger has a bad odour probably coming from the sauce. Overall a bad experience. Does the management mystery shop the branches? Atrocious for BK that wanted to revamp to better quality and charging higher prices.

Visited on 8 July 2023, Saturday late afternoon. Ordered via the self-service ordering kiosk. While waiting, saw that the onion rings and drink were prepared first, whilst the Ultimate Kakiage Salmon was ready much later. As such, the onion rings were already cold when served. Noted staff were busy preparing online orders, and the outlet was not crowded at all.

All I ordered was 1 ice cream sundae. On a weekday 1057hrs. Place was literally empty but took them forever (12mins) to make 1 ice cream sundae. 2 service personnel. I understand they have to make food for the delivery. But kind of ridiculous

Imbeciles, really big F for this BK branch. Called the number numerous time yet no answer. Order take away 3 times, 3 times also sure have 1 missing item. First time order, missed out sauce for chicken fries. Second time order missed out taro pie. Today order, missed out chili cheese bites.
