Imbeciles, really big F for this BK branch. Called the number numerous time yet no answer. Order take away 3 times, 3 times also sure have 1 missing item. First time order, missed out sauce for chicken fries. Second time order missed out taro pie. Today order, missed out chili cheese bites.

Salmon Yuzu burger! Salmon is so meaty and less flour/crust! Yuzu sauce lightens the fry/oil taste! Definitely much better than Macdonalds salmon burger which had way too much flour and fish is nearly visible

Visited the place for dinner on a sunday. The staff present were friendly and helpful. Food is okay. Restaurant cleaniness can be improve. Restaurant is locatef inside BPP, Basement. Overall good experience.

Dry, salty burger patty, burnt-tadtibg burger bun. Staff unable to tell us which of our burgers was which. Lukewarm eat-in order. Will not return.

Loved the breakfast platter in BK. Their Croissant is also very tasty, soft and fluffy, highly recommended.

I came to this shop around 5 PM, and there was barely anyone in the shop, yet my food still took a prolonged amount of time to be prepared. The staff prepared the sundae pie and coke long before the other food was ready (Wouldn't this cause the coke to be diluted?). Not only that, but our food was served COLD. The fries were soggy, and my taro pie was soggy as well. I've been to this outlet more than once, and the food consistency is really not there. While we were there, we watched how long it took for other customers' orders to reach them as well. If it takes so long, why is it called fast food? I might as well go to the Tokyo Shokudo just opposite it and get a nice meal instead of wasting my time and money here.
