First time I come across such a wonderful staff at ntuc Bt Panjang plaza on 15/1/25 late morning. Her name is Ma Hui Ling. She is super patient, professional, helpful n friendly.
She guided me how to use my CDC supermarket voucher at self serve kiosk, thought me patiently even when I was slow, she never show face to me.
Am so blessed to meet with nice staff like Ma Hui Ling and she definitely deserve applause ππΌ ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ not just from me, from other customers and her superior and management too.

Not sure if they have recently done a revamped. Absolutely impressed after a long while since i last visited. All products are neatly in line and in perfect order, feels good for an OCD person like me. Was in to pick up some fruits so didn't really have time to browse. Will be back again to explore! The disadvantage of this store is to the carpark, if you got loads of groceries to buy, getting to load off your groceries is a challenge as its quite a long way down to the basement carpark.

Worst customer service by staff Dhalia, and the team of managements. I had experienced an embarrassment by the staff in the ntuc and told I wish to speak with the manager and supervisor they took a long time and was very slow to come to me to ask what happen. Gave my number to the staff to ask the supervisors to call me yet to call me. Their priority is to make money and sales. Not how the stuff are treating the customers. Disappointed with the NTUC Staff Dhalia and the mgmt.

I am not staying nearby there so i was lost and walk in to a friendly and bubbly staff Daliah . I decided to approach as she seemed very warm and friendly . She seem to be very familiar with the customer that she was serving and she politely excuse herself from the customer just to answer my queries . And because of that i decided to shop for some light groceries before heading my way . This is the kind of Service attitude that Singaporeans are lacking and its nice to see and receive such high service standard of service here at Finest . Good job Finest for having trained such a delightful staff . Bravo !!

I regularly buy groceries from there but today I bought the Nai Bai very disappointed hidden the vegetables was all rotten inside when I washed the vegetables just integrated and buying 4 packets only two packets can be kept the rest I have to throw away! How can they cheat consumers like that! Very disappointed!

The checkout process was absolutely unacceptable. It usually takes 3-5 minutes, but today it took a ridiculous 10-15 minutes per customer! The Indian lady working at the counter was so slow, and it was beyond frustrating. The customer before me also had to wait just as long. This is not the kind of service I expectβdo something about it immediately!
