The checkout process was absolutely unacceptable. It usually takes 3-5 minutes, but today it took a ridiculous 10-15 minutes per customer! The Indian lady working at the counter was so slow, and it was beyond frustrating. The customer before me also had to wait just as long. This is not the kind of service I expect—do something about it immediately!

I came across such a wonderful staff member at NTUC Bt Panjang Plaza on 15/1/25, late morning. Her name is Ma Hui Ling. She is super patient, professional, helpful, and friendly.
She guided me on how to use my CDC supermarket voucher at the self-serve kiosk, taught me patiently even when I was slow, and never showed any sign of frustration. I am so blessed to have met such a nice staff member like Ma Hui Ling, and she definitely deserves applause 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 not just from me, but also from other customers, her superior, and management too.

Worst customer service by staff Dhalia and the management team. I was embarrassed by the staff at NTUC, and when I told them I wished to speak with the manager and supervisor, they took a long time and were very slow to come to me to ask what happened. I gave my number to the staff, asking the supervisors to call me, but they have yet to call me. Their priority is to make money and sales, not how the staff are treating customers. Disappointed with NTUC staff Dhalia and the management.

Not sure if they have recently revamped. Absolutely impressed after a long time since my last visit. All products are neatly in line and in perfect order; it feels good for an OCD person like me. I was in to pick up some fruits, so I didn't really have time to browse. Will be back again to explore! The disadvantage of this store is its carpark; if you have loads of groceries to buy, unloading them is a challenge as it's quite a long way down to the basement carpark.

I regularly buy groceries from there, but today I bought the Nai Bai and was very disappointed. The vegetables were all rotten inside, hidden from view. When I washed them, they just disintegrated. Of the 4 packets I bought, only two were usable; the rest I had to throw away! How can they cheat consumers like that? Very disappointed!

I am not staying nearby, so I was lost and walked into a friendly and bubbly staff member, Daliah. I decided to approach as she seemed very warm and friendly. She seemed to be very familiar with the customer she was serving, and she politely excused herself from the customer just to answer my queries. Because of that, I decided to shop for some light groceries before heading on my way. This is the kind of service attitude that Singaporeans are lacking, and it's nice to see and receive such a high service standard here at Finest. Good job, Finest, for having trained such a delightful staff member. Bravo!!
