Date: 4th January 2025, 2:48 PM The checkout process was absolutely unacceptable. It usually takes 3-5 minutes, but today it took a ridiculous 10-15 minutes per customer! The Indian lady working at the counter was so slow, and it was beyond frustrating. The customer before me also had to wait just as long. This is not the kind of service I expect—do something about it immediately!

Was at the self check out counter last week. Staff Devi initiated to help without asking. She asked me politely if she could assist me with the scanning. Before I left, she was concerned with me carrying the heavy stuff as my forearm was in a splint. Would like to give her a thumbs up for her initiative and thoughtfulness. Thank you Ms Devi:)

Aside from Value Dollar, they also sell Filipino products here...korean, japanese and other impt prods. too

The NTUC customer service staff named Zarina who attended to me earlier today has excellent customer service delivered to me and was able to provide prompt service to my request. Thank you so much and definitely she’s a valuable staff to BPP NTUC as I had a positive experience shopping at BPP NTUC.

They are trying to sell expensive Caucasian foods to locals in difficult times. After 1 year, they will see the wastages due to expiry dates.
