Printed 4x6 photo here at affordable price of $1. Staff (2 uncles) were friendly and answered my queries patiently. Was quite surprised by this since all the reviews were pretty negative

I paid $18 for both soft and hard copies of my passport photo, expecting professional quality as they were taken with a DSLR-like camera. Unfortunately, the final soft copy were of such poor resolution that my face was barely recognizable. This was disappointing, especially considering the cost. I recommend that they check photo quality before delivering them to customers to avoid such issues.

All the instant prints turned yellow after few months. Asked a few questions to understand the difference between instant and normal and the boss statrted to give attitude and commented only print a few photos so difficult better go somewhere else to print. Super bad attitude and bad quality. Don't print here, find a better option to preserve your precious memories.

THE WORST EVER!!!!!! Bad service. Impatient. Passport photos look so bad!!!! Edited my face so much that my photos didn’t look like me. Passport photos are for legal documents. Why would you change someone face so much?

The overall experience wasn’t great. The lady sales assistant was quite rude, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable from the start. Even over the phone, her tone came off as unfriendly. Because of her attitude and the overall experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their services. As for the photo I received, it didn’t reflect the quality you'd expect from decent equipment. It looked off – likely due to poor camera settings or a lack of attention to detail. My hair was messy in the shot, which I didn’t notice at the time. That part’s on me (I didn't check the photo too), but it’s something a professional could’ve flagged as from their eye point of view it would be clearer, especially when charging premium prices. To top it off, I was emailed someone else’s photo before receiving my own – definitely not reassuring in terms of professionalism or privacy. Just a heads-up if you're planning to visit: double-check everything before you pay, because while the pricing isn’t cheap, the results and service may not match up.

Shop owners are rude, staffs are not well-trained in photo taking, prices are high… Really don’t recommend coming here, your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Excellent place to take a professional photo! The uncle was very accommodating when I was not satisfied with the first round of image taking. He proceeded to take a second round of images, which I was satisfied with, to select from. He also clarified my queries on the sizing of overseas student ID size and Singapore passport photo size. He kindly sent one more digital copy that I can use to crop from if the passport ID size did not meet the overseas student ID requirements. Not to forget, the lady staff there was decently nice too! I had to wait for approximately less than the stated 20 minutes to receive the digital copy and all this was for $18 (digital + 6 pax hardcopy passport photos).

Offers printing and photocopy services, though prices are slightly higher. Best for small jobs or nearby residents needing convenience. Sometimes a bit slow due to limited staff, so patience is needed.

Very poor service. Paid for my photo print. Told to come back in 30mins. When I am back staff say don’t know how to print 3R size ask me to change to 4R to make it easy for them. What a joke.
