I went to another outlet (mister mobile) but couldn't get the phone I want. I called the customer service, reserved my phone and collected it on the same day at bukit panjang outlet. The transaction and arrangements was very fast and efficient. Staffs were very polite. Phone is brand new set. Will definitely buy phone from them in the future👍🏽🙏🏽

Traded in my S22 Ultra for an S25 Ultra. The assessing guy gave a better price than the ones in Sim Lim, maybe part of it being that i really take good care of my gadgets. Overall a very good experience regarding their service. Total visit time from assessment of the old phone to buying the new phone took about less than 30 mins. And on another note, the price for their brand new phones are also quite competitive so that's an additional convenience for customers like me. 👍👍

Phone broke and it couldn't charge at all. Suspected it was the battery, went to change and they told me they can only replace the next day because they don't have my battery supply. But the next day they told me it was the motherboard because the new battery did not solve the charging issue. They told me it would take about 7 days because they couldn't fix it at this outlet and had to send to another, and they also sais they can't guarantee they could fix. I didn't back up my data so i really needed my phone. I decided to go on with the repair, and even if they couldn't fix it they said they won't charge me at all. Fortunately they managed to fix after 5 days. Best part is that the price for the repair is the same as the one stated on their website (depending on the model) and paid for less than $100. Worth the few days wait. Thank you so much!

Saw alot of good reviews and decided to engage them to repair my phone.
Replaced phone screen but it still got issues. Seriously, I dont mind paying but at least give a bit of discount as it is not 100% working. Salesgirl give a firm NO. ALL PRICE ARE FIXED she says. No warranty no problem.. but no discount given and expect me to pay full price of $108? No point arguing so i paid n left the shop pissed. Gave 1 star review based on this experience but their customer service called me a day later & this shows their commitment to uphold a certain standard of service.
Update: Han from mister mobile contacted me, offered to try and repair my phone a second time. This time it works 100%!!! Mister mobile even engaged a courier to take the phone from my house and send it back after the repair!!! Totally did not expect that!! You guys have really exceeded my expectations!! And for that, im changing my review from 1 Star to 5 star!! Im really impressed by your service! Will definitely purchase a phone from your shop in future!!!

I am very impressed with the staff, Stefan Ooi, who served me throughout my trip to MisterMobile due to my cracked screen of my Surface Pro. Despite the waiting time to get the stock for replacement. I am thankful that the screen is replaced. On top of this, he even bought a keyboard to compensate me for the long waiting time. I even post on my Tiktok account ( JazGlow). Good Job! Dropped my hp accidentally and the back screen shattered. Went to mister mobile (BPP) and within few hours, it was done! The repair fee was reasonable and cheaper than if I repair it in the authorised service centre, good customer service too. Make sure you make an advanced booking first before you come down to repair ur devices (to save time). Overall I am a happy customer. Thank you ☺️

Chanced upon Mister Mobile when looking for the Galaxy Watch 8. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got fast, clear replies. Placed a backorder on 18 July, and by 30 July morning, they told me it was ready. They even moved the stock to my preferred pickup location so I could collect the same evening.
Walked in at 7pm, showed the code, and was out in under 10 minutes — no fuss at all. Plenty of payment options, even CDC hawker vouchers! Super smooth experience. Will come back again.

Best phone repair ever.
On 3 July 2025, I went there to fix my phone. The staff were very nice and friendly. But since there do not have stock for my phone part, I had to wait for a few days. On 6 July 2025, my phone was ready for pick up. When I picked up, the phone is good condition and working well. Please take note if you use card payment, they will charge you the fee so I do not recommend you to use as the payment. Paynow/cash is ok as they do accept this without fee. They also give the about the causes of damage, info about repair with I can claim insurance. Thanks to this company, my phone is working again.

t was my first time getting my iPhone screen replaced, and I found this shop conveniently located near my place. I was truly impressed by their dedication to ensuring the final result was spot-on. They kept their word and informed me right on time when the phone was ready.
Even when the screen showed issues after the initial replacement, the team went the extra mile by ordering a new part and resolving everything within the same day. Upon my return, the issue persisted, but without hesitation, staff member Stefan immediately suggested ordering another batch to get it properly fixed.
