When I arrived, the lady argued with me saying he is larger than a golden retriever? (Which is impossible because they weigh 30kg and up). Never mind. I was willing to pay more. After she did an examination on him, she said she couldnβt groom him because she ends work at 7.00pm?
End up wasting my time and day coming down here and even bothering to give them a try. Should have booked with another groomer instead who wouldnβt pull such a stunt.
Seriously do not recommend this place. Disappointing and the lady wasnβt even apologetic and still wanted to schedule us next week? Lol as if I would come back just to be cancelled on again.

Shopped at 6:20, 4 December 2024, a male staff tended to me, I wanted to buy a cat scratcher, and I saw that there was a $15.95 cat scratcher. When I expressed that I only needed a temporary one, he recommended me the $8.30 cat scratcher.
Instead of keeping quiet and charging me for the expensive cat scratcher, he decided to recommend me something that was more suited for what I was looking for.

This is our 3rd time brought our 1 yr old gal to Wendy for grooming. Have to say Wendy is a professional dedicated to her job. Her works invariably imbued with sense of knowing how to resolve or fix the " unfixed knots & matted furs".
Initially due to my gal just had her sterilization weeks ago that led to her fur coat matted quite bad. We are blessed to bring her to the groomer who helped and took time to further explained how she will fix the coat nicely and neat.
It took around 2 hours before we went back fetch her home. We are very well pleased with the end result. And we definitely would recommend Wendy her professional service at total confidence to anyone looking for a pet grooming at west region. She also charged reasonably accordingly to the length of coat not based on the breed or gender.

Dropped by to pick up something for my new puppy as the store is conveniently located at the mall, facing the main road. The young Filipino male staff was very friendly and helpful when I approached him. He even offered me tips for my new puppy.ππ»
However as I was browsing, I overheard the groomer shouting at a small dog she was grooming. Not once but several times. When I peeped in, the poor dog looked scared with his tail between his legs and overlooking at me as if seeking help. Quite a different experience from my puppy at his groomerβs so I recommend the store for shopping but not the grooming service.
