Very conveniently located . Its the best groomer that i can find in bukit panjang area. She is very patience n professional . As long as you have made an appointment , its easy with the time frame. The shop has plenty of goodies so make sure you grab something to reward your furkids before leaving the store. Oh yes, the counter staff is very helpful n always similing . Thank you so much n see you soon

Groomer is very professional and caring. She will carefully listern to your request and give her best advise. Can tell she have years of experience, she will flag to me my dog's health condition and advise me to ask the vet on my next visit.

Horrible place with no respect for other people’s time. Called in advance to arrange for a FULL dog grooming package. Informed the staff that my dog is a labradoodle which weighs 22kg. When I arrived, the lady argued with me saying he is larger than a golden retriever? (Which is impossible because they weigh 30kg and up). Never mind. I was willing to pay more. After she did an examination on him, she said she couldn’t groom him because she ends work at 7.00pm? End up wasting my time and day coming down here and even bothering to give them a try. Should have booked with another groomer instead who wouldn’t pull such a stunt. Seriously do not recommend this place. Disappointing and the lady wasn’t even apologetic and still wanted to schedule us next week? Lol as if I would come back just to be cancelled on again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great place for pets' needs (food, cleanser, toys, and accessories). Items are reasonably priced.

Pets’ Station Bukit Panjang store is very eye-catching, as it’s been around for 2 years. The staff is very friendly, and I like how organized and bright the store is. It’s conveniently located outside the mall near car drop-off, too!

Wendy has been amazing at grooming Buttons! She always provides positive reinforcement (treats) to make the whole grooming process easier and happier for Butts :)
