Very conveniently located. It's the best groomer that I can find in the Bukit Panjang area. She is very patient and professional. As long as you have made an appointment, the time frame is easily managed. The shop has plenty of goodies, so make sure you grab something to reward your furkids before leaving the shop. Groomer is very professional and caring. She will carefully listen to your requests and give her best advice. You can tell she has years of experience; she flags my dog's health conditions to me and advises me to ask the vet on my next visit.

Horrible place with no respect for other people’s time. Called in advance to arrange for a FULL dog grooming package. Informed the staff that my dog is a labradoodle that weighs 22kg.
When I arrived, the lady argued with me saying he is larger than a golden retriever? (Which is impossible because they weigh 30kg and up). Never mind. I was willing to pay more. After she did an examination on him, she said she couldn’t groom him because her shift ended at 7:00 PM?
I ended up wasting my time and day coming down here and even bothering to give them a try. Should have booked with another groomer instead who wouldn’t pull such a stunt.
Seriously do not recommend this place. Disappointing, and the lady wasn’t even apologetic and still wanted to schedule us next week? Lol, as if I would come back just to be cancelled on again.

On December 4, 2024, at 6:20 PM, a male staff member assisted me. I was looking to buy a cat scratcher and noticed a $15.95 option. When I mentioned that I only needed a temporary one, he recommended the $8.30 cat scratcher.
Instead of keeping quiet and letting me buy the more expensive cat scratcher, he recommended something that was more suited for what I was looking for.
I didn't catch his name, but it's amazing that such a level of service was provided! I'm very satisfied.

Booking an appointment was easy, and the cut is very nice. I am very satisfied with the service at Bt Panjang Plaza (Wendy). My dog is also very comfortable with Wendy. She even advised me how to apply the lotion to my dog's infected ear.

Dropped by to pick up something for my new puppy, as the store is conveniently located at the mall and facing the main road. The young Filipino staff member was very friendly and helpful when I approached him. He even offered me tips for my new puppy.
However, as I was browsing, I overheard the groomer shouting at a small dog she was grooming, not once but several times. When I peeped in, the poor dog looked scared with his tail between his legs and looking at me as if seeking help. Quite a different experience from my puppy's groomer, so I recommend the store for shopping but not the grooming service.

Here's the lightly edited review:
This is our third time bringing our 1-year-old gal to Wendy for grooming. We have to say, Wendy is a dedicated professional. Her work invariably demonstrates her ability to resolve and fix even the most difficult knots and matted fur.
Initially, because our gal had just had her sterilization weeks ago, her fur coat became quite matted. We were blessed to bring her to a groomer who helped and took the time to further explain how she would fix the coat nicely and neatly.
It took around 2 hours before we went back to fetch her. We were very pleased with the end result. And we would definitely recommend Wendy and her professional service with total confidence to anyone looking for pet grooming in the west region. She also charges reasonably, according to the length of the coat, not based on breed or gender.
