Nasty drinks. Ordered hand made mochi but didn't even taste anything.
One of the rare times I didn't finish my BBT, it was that disgusting.

have been a loyal supporter of playmade’s multiple outlets across sg. have come multiple times to this outlet before the closing time but was turned away because of an unstated and unspoken last order time that was not mentioned anywhere else. quite disappointing to make a visit down to the outlet only to be told this 15-20 min before the stated closing time on google maps/instagram. understand that they have a lot of grabfood orders and also that sometimes there might be people in front of us who order 4-5 drinks before our turn, but it would be nice if the last order time and closing time are differentiated more clearly. please note before coming!

I ordered a cup of Earl Grey Milk Tea earlier today at 4.11pm (order no. 70). However, when I reached home and drink a sip, I found the taste odd. That is where I realized It was Taiwan Milk Tea (which was the next person's order, order no. 71). Staff working who packed didnt check as well. Kindly review this.

Ordered Taro Milk Tea and added Handmade Mochi ($1.90), can't tell if I'm blind or my mochi escaped. I guess some bubble tea stores operates as a charity organisation too. 😂

Saw there’s a promo for 50% off for first time app purchases. Downloaded, signed up for account.
1. App was very buggy and after 10 mins , still couldn’t figure out what was wrong or how to claim the promo.
2. Tried again on another phone, download app, sign up, and again couldn’t figure out how to claim promo.
After wasting easily 15 mins of time, decided to approach counter to ask how To do it.
Malaysian sounding man in black shirt full of attitude , tells me the promotion is not in effect.
Have to wait till August.
I remarked that the display doesn’t say that at all.
Continues to curtly tell me the promotion is not in effect yet , worst still as if it’s my fault.
Completely crap experience at Playmade today.

Wondering what's the craze about PlayMade. We tried first time today and it was disappointing. The Rockmelon Fresh Milk was weird. There was dessicated coconut in it. We tried to finish it but threw it half way. It was awful. Brown sugar milk tea was tasteless.
The self-order machine idea is bad. Customers taking too long to decide what to drink, making the queue unnecessary long and slow. Frustrating.

Newly opened outlet. 1 for 1 for their signature drinks from 17-19 Mar. Loved how they manage the snaking queue. Pre order on a piece of paper and fast collect. With a huge crowd, their drinks tasted superb! 👍🏻

Staff is super friendly patiently introducing the best buy . Unlike other stores , seems so rushing and impatient communicating to customers . Head done here if you want to have friendly staffs !

Ordered Dong ding oolong, less ice, 25% sugar and osmanthus jelly.
The drink itself tasted like plain water. Very very very subtle taste. Ice was definitely not ‘Less’, it’s more than half the cup!

Bought 1 cup. Took forever even though there is no queue. The person who's supp to be making the drink is on his phone, doing god knows what. What a waste of time really.
Asked for what the item that is being displayed is, just mumbled some words. Took me longer to find the item on the unintuitive self order interface than if they just took my order directly.
It's been a 10 minutes wait thus far with no queue.
