I bought one cup. It took forever, even though there was no queue. The person who was supposed to be making the drink was on his phone, doing God knows what. What a waste of time, really.
I asked what the displayed item was, but they just mumbled some words. It took me longer to find the item on the unintuitive self-order interface than if they had just taken my order directly.
It had been a 10-minute wait thus far, with no queue.

Nasty drinks. Ordered hand-made mochi but it had no taste.
One of the rare times I didn't finish my BBT, it was that disgusting.
Save your taste buds, avoid PlayMade.

I have been a loyal supporter of Playmade's multiple outlets across Singapore. I have come multiple times to this outlet before the closing time but was turned away due to an unstated last order time that was not mentioned anywhere else. It was quite disappointing to visit the outlet only to be told this 15-20 minutes before the stated closing time on Google Maps/Instagram. I understand that they have a lot of GrabFood orders, and that sometimes there are people in front of us who order 4-5 drinks before our turn, but it would be nice if the last order time and closing time were differentiated more clearly. Please note before coming.

I ordered a cup of Earl Grey Milk Tea earlier today at 4:11 PM (order no. 70). However, when I reached home and drank a sip, I found the taste odd. That is when I realized it was Taiwan Milk Tea (which was the next person's order, order no. 71). The staff member who packed it didn't check as well. Kindly review this.

The staff is super friendly, patiently introducing the best buy. Unlike other stores, where staff seems rushed and impatient when communicating with customers, head here if you want friendly staff!

Wondering what's the craze about PlayMade. We tried it for the first time today, and it was disappointing. The Rockmelon Fresh Milk was weird. There was desiccated coconut in it. We tried to finish it but threw it away halfway. It was awful. The brown sugar milk tea was tasteless.
The self-order machine idea is bad. Customers take too long to decide what to drink, making the queue unnecessarily long and slow. It was frustrating.

Ordered Taro Milk Tea and added Handmade Mochi ($1.90). Can't tell if I'm blind or my mochi escaped. I guess some bubble tea stores operate as a charity organisation too. π

Ordered Dong Ding Oolong with less ice, 25% sugar, and osmanthus jelly. The drink itself tasted like plain water, with a very, very, very subtle taste. Ice was definitely not βLessβ. It was more than half the cup! So disappointing.

Newly opened outlet. They offered a 1-for-1 promotion for their signature drinks from March 17-19. Loved how they managed the snaking queue: pre-ordering on a piece of paper allowed for quick collection. Even with a huge crowd, their drinks tasted superb! ππ»

Saw there was a promo for 50% off for first-time app purchases. I downloaded the app and signed up for an account.
1. The app was very buggy, and after 10 minutes, I still couldn't figure out what was wrong or how to claim the promo.
2. I tried again on another phone, downloaded the app, signed up, and still couldn't figure out how to claim the promo.
After easily wasting 15 minutes, I decided to approach the counter to ask how to do it.
A Malaysian-sounding man in a black shirt, full of attitude, told me the promotion was not in effect. I had to wait until August.
I remarked that the display didn't say that at all. He continued to curtly tell me the promotion was not in effect yet, worse still, as if it were my fault.
A completely crap experience at Playmade today.
