Bought 1 cup. Took forever even though there is no queue. The person who's supp to be making the drink is on his phone, doing god knows what. What a waste of time really. Asked for what the item that is being displayed is, just mumbled some words. Took me longer to find the item on the unintuitive self order interface than if they just took my order directly. It's been a 10 minutes wait thus far with no queue.

ordered a grape yakult milk tea with chrysanthemum pearls today, about 3 hours later, i got a bad stomach ache and vomitted. it has to be the drink as i have not eaten anything else prior to that. will not be ordering again

Have always loved their grape yakult green tea since day 1 ☺️ fast and easy to use the self kiosk don’t forget to join their membership if you’re a regular bubble tea lover 😆

This Playmade outlet is the best among all the others that I have visited! Staff are all friendly and happy to help me with my orders. They even remember my pearl preference, sometimes even before I place my orders! I recently made an order through the Playmade app and indicated comments for my pearl preference since the default options on the app did not reflect the pearl of my choice (black sesame). When I went to collect my order, I realized that my order was wrongly prepared as the comments made in the Playmade app did not show up on their end. However, the staff offered to change my drink for me since she recognized me and my usual go-to preference, and she didn't want to disappoint me. Bear in mind that I did not ask or expect them to make the change since it wasn't the shopfront staff's fault. But they made the effort anyway, so I really appreciate their effort to go the extra mile, which really made my day! Kudos to the BPP team, hands down my favorite outlet <3 (: P.S. to Playmade HQ, please improve the Playmade app as seasonal pearls like black sesame are often not reflected on the app for ordering. It is a hassle for consumers to place an order through your app and then have to call the outlet to communicate and ensure that the pearl of choice I want for my drink is correct. Also, I have collected some Playmade points, but the app does not seem to allow any points redemption. The app interface is lacking compared to other bubble tea chains like KOI.
