I bought a bottle of liquid foundation from the shop last year. The staff did not teach me how I should operate the bottle of foundation. So, one day, I was going out and decided to wear my new Levi's white T-shirt. I put on my white T-shirt and started to apply the liquid foundation. As I did not know exactly how to open the bottle, I removed the cap and pumped out the foundation, and it dripped onto my white T-shirt. Oh, gosh!!! I quickly used water to rinse it, but it didn't work, so I used stain remover to spray onto the stain and left it, but the stains were still there. About two weeks later, I decided to call the shop's office and spoke to the customer service staff, and was told to wait for her call. Two weeks later, I received the call, and the staff recommended a few brands of stain remover detergent. I told her off and said, "I have to spend how much money to buy these, and will it even work?" She said, "You have to try." I insisted on compensation from them, and she told me she would speak to the management team and get back to me. A few days later, she got back to me and said they couldn't do anything as this was not a faulty issue. The way she handled such issues was very unprofessional. She kept laughing, and my temper was already boiling. I was very disappointed and wasted a new T-shirt. I felt very heartbroken.
