We went into the shop and browsed around for a while. We didn't mind that the retail assistant didn't serve or welcome us. However, when we asked to try on some shoes to help us decide, the person serving us gave us a disapproving look, as if we owed her something for life. There was zero service beyond helping us retrieve the shoes from the storeroom, and there were no other customers in the store.
We tried on two pairs and couldn't decide on the design. When we wanted to ask for a third pair, which we had already decided on, she asked in an irritated tone, "Are you sure you want this pair? This is the third pair I've taken out." I was shocked by her comments because we hadn't even bothered her and had asked politely each time for the pairs she retrieved. Maybe this lack of service is an area they can improve upon.

While trying on the shoes and thinking about matching them with my clothes, the sales lady, who I believe was from China and had long hair, approached. I said I needed to think about it. She started mumbling in Mandarin. I ASKED, "MAY I KNOW WHAT ARE YOU MUMBLING?" She mumbled, "I can tell you what to think about. Decide now. Still need to decide?" I said, "Hey, what kind of attitude is that?" I wanted to buy them, but she just took the shoes and walked away. A lady beside me was shocked and said, "Wow, what kind of attitude is this?"
I WANTED TO GET the shoes, but I was no longer happy to buy them because she was rude. The lady who was looking at shoes saw what happened, said, "Wow, service is bad," and walked out.
This happened at Vivien & Sean at CCK LOT ONE.
At 3:32 PM, I stopped at Yishun NP and saw they had the shoes I wanted. Yes, they did, and the staff member, Cindy Tan, was friendly and helpful.
SERVICE WAS GOOD. Customers will happily buy and appreciate staff who attend to their needs.
