Very poor service and unfriendly staff at this outlet. Bread quality is okay, but often lacks variety.

Simply couldn’t understand, if you guys only brush the garlic butter on top **of** the baguette, then why bother to slice the baguette?!

Overpriced An Pan, while one Hokkaido bakery chain here is selling theirs for $1.60.

I bought one long loaf of bread and a loaf of cranberry multigrain bread. I requested the bread to be cut. Yemin Han refused to cut it and said it was disallowed by Four Leaves. I asked them why the Lot One store could cut it. They could not answer.

Here's the edited review: Poor **craftsmanship**, Four Leaves. The sides of my husband's mango cake, bought from Four Leaves, were not creamed properly. See the sides in these photos. We are utterly disappointed that the badly decorated cake spoiled our photo-taking moments and the resulting photos. The "holes" looked ugly on the cake 🎂. Please refrain from doing this, Four Leaves bakery!

I placed an order for a birthday cake for my daughters a day in advance, with collection scheduled for 6 PM. I went to collect around 6 PM. I presented the receipt to the staff and was shocked to hear her say my cake had already been collected earlier by another customer that afternoon. This customer presented one receipt and said that he/she was collecting for the subsequent receipt number as well. Based on that, the staff released my cake and didn't even call me to verify. She kept insisting that I had asked my friend to collect the cake. She then informed her colleague about the matter. The colleague, an older lady, tried to call the customer who had collected my cake, but the person didn't pick up. The older lady then apologised to me and offered a replacement: a similar ready-made cake from their shelves, but without the customised wording I had wanted, as that had to be done at their factory. For such a well-established business, I felt that such lapses should not occur. Though it's understandable that they allow collection on behalf of customers for convenience, it is, however, not acceptable that they did not verify if that was a genuine request, especially when a receipt was not presented. I will definitely not place cake orders here again.

I was served by a part-timer at 11 AM today (10/08/2025). She was very rude to me. She didn't tell me the total amount after she keyed in the breads I bought. She expected me to look at the screen myself and also didn't ask me my preferred payment method. No customer service at this outlet. Very disappointing! ☹️😔

My wife was angry at me because there was no raisin bread that evening, then she smashed the bread and threw it at me.

Seems perfect for a bakery. It's my go-to snack place.

Really nice strawberry shortcakes! They're probably some of the nicest and most reasonably priced. Great birthday cakes!

I like the fresh and soft ham and cheese bread, my favorite.

Nice bakery with my favourite cheese-friend bun that's so hard to find in Singapore. 🧡…

My go-to place for great value Japanese-style Western bakes and sandwiches. The latter are always prepared fresh and yummy. The former offers a wide range of bakes to suit all tastes. Today I took away for the first time a chocolatey Lucky Star and a Little Milky Bun. The former had a rich chocolate flavor and a satisfying crunch. The latter was a pillowy delight with custard cream inside.
